We don't wait for vacancies and then scramble to fill them. We build our candidate pipeline first — sourcing, speaking to, and screening Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners before any introduction is made. By the time we come to you with a candidate, we already know their qualifications, their experience, their approach to EYFS, and what kind of setting they're looking for.

We work exclusively in early years childcare, which means we understand the practical realities — room ratios, key person responsibilities, the difference a genuinely engaged practitioner makes to a room. We're not a generalist agency trying to fill an early years vacancy alongside warehouse and hospitality roles. We operate exclusively as a permanent placement agency, finding long-term placements for qualified staff, and do not currently provide temporary or supply cover.

Our terms are simple: No retainers. No subscription fees. No payment until we successfully place a candidate. Our fee is presented along with a 12-week sliding scale replacement guarantee if things don't work out.
